The Creative Group were engaged to provide an overall interior scheme for this new build. This involved design & specification of the bathrooms & kitchen as well as paint and flooring specification, fixtures & fittings. The use of light coloured finishes, natural stone tops continuing through to the splashback and light timber detailing were used in the kitchen. In the pantry is a stainless steel top with small herringbone marble tiles to add texture and movement. Adding recessed led strip lighting under the lower shelf allowed the herringbone tiles to stand out, adding another layer of interest to the space. The flooring in the kitchen & dining areas is polished concrete with a beautiful mottled effect. The bathrooms showcase large format Porcelanosa stone grey tiles to the floor with rectangular multi textured off white tiles to the walls and walk in showers, which have the appearance of a hand-made finish. Loop piled wool carpet medium/ light toned offsets the concrete floor and adds another layer of texture and warmth to this beautiful family home.
