The Creative Groups role was to transform this large bare shell tenancy into a Sports House. The space incorporates a gaming room housing 18 machines, a large covered outdoor courtyard, expansive bar servery and a mixture of fixed and loose seating.

The tenancy was set out to make the best of both worlds, with a Street frontage on Riccarton rd. providing easy pedestrian access from the main arterial road, stretching through to the rear of the building ensuring we were able to provide a large outdoor area adjacent to the establishment’s carpark, forming a break out space set back from the hustle and bustle. A three-panel louvre roof and partial fixed section over the courtyard provide protection from the weather, opening into an open pergola over the rear of the space. Artificial Turf underfoot and solid timber furniture help keep the space relaxed with a backyard sports vibe.

Sports viewing provided by the various screens adorning the walls or fitted within the custom made joinery of the private booths keep the enthusiast happy, whilst raised upholstered banquette seating, solid timber furniture and recycled timber clad walls evoke a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy.
