Working with the development team behind The Mandeville Village project, The Creative group was asked to provide interior fitout consent documentation for the Pre School Tenancy. The developers vision needed to be maintained whilst accommodating the tenant’s fitout requirements.

The fitout contained 3 separate areas catering for various age groups, each with a connection to the exterior, associated WC, change, sleeping and storage facilities. A laundry room, Staff room, office, reception and kitchen area providing in house catering for enrolled children were also included within the space. Space planning at the onset of this project was paramount because children’s safety, staffing requirements and staff flow were all at a high level of importance.

Achieving a space that maximised the footprint, allowed a bright and airy feel with consistent indoor/outdoor flow and achieved the operation requirements of the Pre School assisted in the success of the business model as well as piece of mind that the children were in an environment that considered their wellbeing.
