The Creative Group was engaged by the property development team behind The Mandeville Village project. The complex housed a variety of businesses, with the Supermarket being the sole provider of grocery goods to the district.

The space included a shop floor display area which had to be maximised as part of the design, checkouts with consideration to customer flow, produce store, walk in produce chillers/ freezers, preparation and cook areas. A mezzanine floor was designed to house the plant equipment maximising the use of the high racked ceilings. A covered entrance way was added to the existing building to provide protection from the weather, whilst at the rear of the building a new steel portal structure was designed to provide a covered Inwood goods area opening into a secure service yard. This project required an extensive and high level of documentation and the Creative Group are proud to have achieved the brief and been involved in the Mandeville development projects.
